The Gym of Life is Moving! 🥳

I am thrilled to announce that I have signed the lease on an adorable storefront space in Astoria, and will officially be opening The Gym of Life as a private training studio! This is a longtime dream of mine, and I can’t wait to go on this journey with you.

As with any big endeavor, there will be a lot of time and effort going into the new studio. To my clients, I appreciate your patience as we navigate into this next chapter.

I’ll continue to share tidbits along the way as the studio begins to take shape. First things first…painting! (Wish me luck — I’ve never painted before 😅)
