The Gym of Life is Now Open!

The Gym of Life studio in Astoria is now open!Okay, technically it has been open since July...but we've finally held our first open house and hung up the "grand opening" sign, so it feels official now. 🥳

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Open House, and to the neighborhood in general for the warm welcome. I'm honored to be able to serve the community in a greater capacity with the new studio space.
